I found this time 2007 D it has copper coloring, and it is thinner then the other dimes, and also it does not have a silver layer like the other dimes it is a copper color all the way through what do you think?

It looks like a dirty coin to me. You could try a soak in acetone if you're curious. I see the nickle showing through on his face and some of the reverse design. The key for me is the rims, which are raised and often receive more wear/touching than the recessed areas of the coin. The rims here on both sides look silver to me.

Looks like environmental damage to me. Acetone won't help much. Maybe a metal detector find. Spender.
