1944 S Wheat Cent ...looks Gold, Sticks To Magnet ?

ter215 Valued Member United States 230 Posts	Posted 02/20/2017 5:11 pm hello everyone, ...found this 1944 s Wheat cent roll searching, looks gold or very very shiny. anyway I happen to hit it with a magnet & it stuck? also it looks like it was chipped? on the out side rim and there's what looks like silver under the layer? ....I'm clueless, any idea's on this one.....thanks in advance...
