Hi Everyone. Found this 2016P Illinois Shawnee quarter strange markings. First two pics show some marks around right neck by IN GOD WE TRUST, and above that, what looks like might be part of his hair? The revers looks like DD in Liberty and Quarter Dollar.

I believe it is an extremely worn die that is causing the apparent doubling on the lettering, not a doubled die. The marks on the front near In God We Trust are marks left by another quarter's edge reeding hitting this coin.

The squiggly marks are reeding hits from another coin, just contact damage.
