I tried to get good angles so the lighting did affect the photos, but I am unsure if the reverse is dd. I compared it to a different coin same year and mint and it looks like DDR to me. Please let me know what you think. Thanks!
I was seeing it on in the United States of America, I was comparing it to another coin same year and mint and the other one was more clear. I was seeing it below the words.
I see, that's classic Die Deterioration. The die that struck your coin was over-used and worn. Those devices on the die are recessed, and when worn produce a worthless doubling on the coins it struck. It is also called Machine Doubling (MD). You can notice the devices on the coin are reduced by the "doubling". Better luck on the next one, when you find a Doubled Die, the devices will be enlarged by the doubling and it will speak for itself.
