Conder101 Bedrock of the Community United States 17884 Posts	Posted 02/23/2017 10:12 am When I looked at it the obv didn't impress me that much, but when I saw the rev I thought "looks like a proof rev". I can't explain the pebbly obv though. Possibly the obv was cleaned with something that damaged it, or maybe a business strike using on older obv die and a retired proof die.
