It looks more like an issue with MD. Note the top of the 4 is also affected. You might note this on other devices on your coin on either side. But sometimes, just one area can be affected.
I would go with what coop says he has more knowledge that the websites . But the description tells you where to look and that's the whole thing .. you have to be able to see it .
But when you look at the upper loop on the mint mark on your coin you can see a distortion that may have happened during the strike that altered that area slightly or a contact mark that happened after the strike. That alteration would mean it is not an RPM. There are probably a million normal coins from this die. Just finding another one might be hard though.
