However I have a hard time seeing this a hair away from GEM BU given the multiple hits in the reverse. The one in the eagle's back looks pretty deep. I would have been comfortable up to 63+ but the holdered grade seems aggressive. Just imho and others may differ. Enjoy your coin and don't worry about it. In the end, it is still a beautiful coin with booming luster.
