At first glance I was thinking PF65, then got closer ... went to MS64+

It could be a slider (AU-58).
I see patches of silver poking through the obverse toning.

This WLH has full everything as far as I'm concerned . There is only one hit that I can see . Right above the word IN IGWT . The tone suits me just fine for not being a toner fan . I am forced to use my own judgements on the grade of this Bad Boy . I'm not sure where you guys are seeing MS-64 ,but my call is: MS67 .

I also see some light scratches in the right obverse field to the left of the T in LIBERTY.
