I thought that this coin was a " Iran 2 Dinar 1310/1931 Reza Pahlavi " but the weight and size are wrong. Coin weighs 2.6g not 1.8g and diameter is 19mm not 26.5mm.
So can someone tell me what it might be ?
Many thanks.
Brian.

It was not an easy coin to find.
I searched for Persian 2 Dinar and found one listed as:
Persia 2 Dinar
ah 1310
persia km# 1122
reza shah reform coin
"very rare"-(I'm never trust this remark as I'm unfamiliar with these coins and it could only be a sellers opinion and not a true statement of availability)

I can find reference to it on sites like Numista but they seem to infer a different weight and diameter to what I have although everything else looks OK. I don't think it is a fake but ?
Cheers
Brian.
