1888 Indian Head penny , not sure about this penny need a lil help . The shield on reverse looks off set to me ... I have looked at this under magnification ... any thoughts would be appreciated . Ty

Worn with corrosion/verdigris. Don't keep it with your other coppers.

It's really not worth much in that condition. Try some "verdicare" on it - nothing to lose.

If the corrosion is not into the coin it may come off. It looks like hard crusty dirt. There may be a nice brown cent under there or deep pits. You never really know until you try to take it off.

An unlikely candidate for restoration - most likely just a cull.
