Generally speaking, each lam on a coin is unique, because no two of them are ever the same. Technically speaking it's not an error as the fault would have existed in the planchet before it was struck.

I just happen to like lams and I think yours is a very nice example.

The cost involved in grading the coin are more than the coins is worth. Just put it in a saflip or 2x2 and keep it safe.
