Is this an eliptical error? Also, the cent is in a silver metal. Weighs 3 grams. Absolutely no signs of plating.

I apologize, 3.1 grams and a regular cent is large compared to it.

Need better pix, closeups. Looks like a basement job, sanded all the copper coating off a zincoln (made after 1983). bet date on coin is after 1983!

Its a 1971-d its clearly dated. Zinc cents started in 82'

A pre-1982 Lincoln Cent should weigh 3.11 grams.

Your coin is not an error, it's altered.
