Last fall I bought a lot of 20 nickel dollars. I had left the ziplock on my windowsill and for got about it. They are hazy but I notice these two looks too shiny to be a circulation strike. I'm certain the 1975 is PL, but the 1984 not so much since even the circulation strikes have squared rims. It might just be a circulation strike that someone messed with.

The dies for SP nickel dollars from 1978 to 1987 were almost "polished to death"....
