Hello. This is my second post. While I was posting I thought I'd ask if anyone has ever seen this error on a Liberty V nickel. The coin is in fine condition except that the 'I' in pluribus on the reverse seems to be missing. It's actually there but it's so light it can hardly be seen. It's not wear as the letters around it are sharp. I was wondering if this has ever been seen before. Thank you for your comments.

Liberty V nickels are considered Classic coins, so I moved your post to the appropriate section for the proper attention.
Rest in Peace

Appears to be a partial Grease Fill in that area. They really had a tough time minting this nickel material. Errors with Grease Fill and die cracks are common on almost all of the early nickel compositions.

Thank you. Do you think it would increase or decrease the value of the coin?

Doubt it would have any impact.
