I have this 50th Anniversary Flag Quarter. I bought it from the RCM, and I never took it out of its vacuum seal. It is so shiny, I could see the camera's reflection on the coin.

50th-Anniversary-Flag-Quarter,-MS-67?

Would this be MS-67 graded?

We can't grade from reverse pic only.
Shiny and high grade are not synonymous.
The rims don't look worthy of a 67 grade, they are not very well struck.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

The obverse appears to have marks, but those are actually marks on the vacuum seal.

Is this MS-67 since it has never been removed from its seal, therefore no chance to be damaged?

Do I have to unseal it then?

What is the coin's value?

A MS67 sold on ebay for $40.

Yours doesn't look MS67 to me. Like DBM said, the rims are bringing it down. If a 66, it's worth maybe $30, a 65 maybe $20.

But you can see from this MS66 that the rims have slightly better rims.

I think yours may end up being more of a 65. But to sell it at $20, you'll have to get it certified first and that'll cost you somewhere around 10-15$ at ICCS or CCCS

Well, I have a non-colored version of this coin, I'll post it later.

It's pretty nice-looking. I highly doubt its in 'flawless' condition, though. I had some sealed coins just like yours, and they had a couple rim dings and scratches.

MS-66 is my guess.
