26th Annual Cambridge (On) Coin Show
2017, March 18

Time to put winter behind us and start venturing out to coin shows on an almost weekly basis again. Spring is almost here!

Hope to see many of the regular faces and lots of new ones at the Cambridge show in a few weeks.

Waterloo Coin Society is hosting the event and cash donations will be accepted at the door in support of the local food bank.

Since 2014 attendees have generously contributed nearly $1000 from their pockets and wallets to help those less fortunate in Cambridge.

A portion of the show proceeds will also be split between the Cambridge Self Help Food Bank and the R.C.N.A. to help further their programs.

Thanks to everyone who attended despite the unseasonably cold temperature and snowy conditions!

Great turnout and very positive responses regarding the new table layout which facilitated a better flow of traffic and less congestion than in previous shows.

By 1pm the club ran out of the 2017 commemorative woods set aside for the show and given to each person as a token of appreciation. Attendance is estimated to be well over 400 for the day.

Next year's event is scheduled and confirmed for March 24, 2018 one week later than usual due to a conflict with the St. Patrick's Day charity dance party previously booked.

the show was good, first time attending and I wasn't disappointed...i thought it was a bit hot inside and maybe a bit stuffy, that could be due to your great turnout though

my only real complaint is that on the left side, I noticed a good number of tables in that area weren't lighted too well compared to the rest of the show. I thought it was more unfair to the dealers than anyone as it was a bit hard for me to see stuff clearly in some cases.
