It would be a modern token or medal, Mesoamerican cultures did not have any coinage.

Tourist something or other. Could just be a token, or it could have been part of something and broke off. Looks to be modern; Probably not more than 50 years old, if that.

Best case scenario; it could be silver. Most likely it's plated base metal.
