XF45 Cleaning (harsh?), need clearer pix to determine better

I really can't tell from those photos about cleaning, but technical grade appears EF-40.

Looks probably cleaned. Grade perhaps as high as AU-50 details NET XF-45. Better/clearer pics would help.
