Having sorted through endless examples and forum posts, and having waited for my head to stop spinning . seeking confirmation that the 1953 Canada 5C cited below is merely :
NSF FL
Obverse . No Shoulder Fold aka Without Strap, and Curved I
Reverse . Far Leaf, and Far 9

Note the very narrow rims.
Narrow rims are apparent on NSF varieties of other denominations as well.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

i am curious to know if that is a circulation strike or not, the rarity is reversed for SP strikes.
