I opened a box of 2017 american eagles today and found all of the bottom coins in the tubes are toned like these. Has anyone seen anything like this before?

If it's toned like that on both sides, they'd definitely bring a premium on ebay.

The coins that were toned were located at the very bottom of the tube. None of the coins had any toning on the obverse.
