I can't remember the last time I saw a half dollar in circulation. I have lots of credit card receipts though.....

Yeah, my wife spent a roll of my 90% silver Kennedys by mistake a couple of weeks ago. Now, all my silver rolls are marked with a highlighter.

Man, That absolutely SUCKS! Especially with silver up so high- but at least there are some happy people out there getting their change back in silver...
Rest in Peace

I enjoy paying my bills with Kennedy half dollars and/or $2 bills.

No clerk has questioned them recently, but they always stare at them for a while before putting them in the cash register.

People always take interest when I pay for something with halves. Usually, they switch them out at the register, and keep them. I feel like I am helping people to save money. None of them seem to know that the banks are flowing with them.

My teller told me yesterday that the president of the bank will not release them into circulation because no one wants them. If he payed for something with them, he may be suprised.

Halves and pres dollars are great for poker night too. (Friends are usually happy to take some with or maybe you'll be real lucky and keep them all)

The other day I used six of them at McDonald's and the girl at drive-thru was confused. She asked me what they were, she never saw one before. I love using dollars and halves sometimes,
