With 4.4 million struck, this can't be too scarce, but I imagine it's more commonly found with surfaces far worse looking than this one's. Very diminutive at a mere 15 mm in diameter.
My example actually looks pretty similar. I was very surprised to find out it's zinc - it looks like aluminium and feels like aluminium. Very nice design too.
