Look at the shipping charge for both items
$2459.00 and $372.72 for the other

There are so many red flags here, these being 3 of them:

1. Same serial number for 2 different items.
2. Ludicrous shipping charge for one.
3. There is a large coin store near him which would buy a real 5 oz bar for $7500 or so. Why risk a big loss by starting so low?

There are more than enough suspicious things about this to give it a very wide berth.

Hey everyone, I looked into this a bit and realized some minor clues. Both gold bars were purchased by a seller named 6***0 ( 4). After checking the sellers feedback, a buyer named bay5660-0 (4) left 4 positive feedback's for this seller. my guess is that he is trying to complete some large sales and get positive feedback so that he can scam later on.

After searching for bay5660-0 (4) on ebay and checking his completed listings, they are both from Maple Ridge British Columbia Canada.

After scrolling further down bay5660-0 (4) completed listing, I found there were SEVEN Canadian 1 oz gold Maple Leaf coins all purchased from the original seller of the 5 oz gold bar.

Good detective work.

You've got to be pretty naive to think that you're going to get a legitimate $6200 US gold bar from a guy whose feedback all comes from users that are no longer registered, and ships from "outside Canada". A scammer taking advantage of the greedy. It's going to hurt if the buyer gets refunded the 99 cent purchase price, but not the $3000 CAD shipping charge.
