Any help on my 1978 D Washington quarter. I see doubling on the bottom portion of the mint mark. What would this error or variety be considered. There is nothing esle wrong with this Washington quarter and I have compared it to others and the doubling is not seen on any of the Denver mint marks I have compared it to. Thanks guys.

You're coin is Post Mind Damaged. Looks like it took a hit from another coin. And the post inside the d has broken off the die, Very common.
