If this were still February I would have suggested a free crossover to PCGS with a minimum 65 grade. Nothing but upside there.

A good candidate for CAC. A 64+ with a green bean would likely pull 65 money at the very least.

Good example of NGC trying to tighten up their standards by undergrading coins. Only the submitters suffer. As a buyer at 64 money you can't go wrong here.

I'd crack it out and send it to PCGS. I too have been shafted by getting several coins undergraded by then recently.

I will probably send it to PCGS through a friend of mine. I just bought an 1880-S Morgan in what looks like MS-64 condition for $40. It was in a details slab by NGC as obverse cleaned. It doesn't look cleaned at all even under 5x magnification.

Brutal grade from NGC - it's a 65 all day long with a good shot at 66

I was about to post MS 64 + until I saw you already posted it. Definitely would CAC, but not sure it is worth crossing. Those grading fees add up fast, you know.
