For those I calculated $24.36 currently and assuming it's .999 fine silver.

There are many sites that you can use to calculate that using live silver prices. Just Google the weight and "silver value" after it.

Whatever value this lot has, it is nevertheless dependent on the fineness.

That has to be determined first.

Take these pieces to a bullion dealer, who should have at least have a hand held XRF instrument; may be a fee involved.

Impossible to calculate a value, until the fineness is known.
