Ciao, what do you think of this Rouble issued in 1967 for celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Revolution?
The metal doesn't look to be the normal Copper-Nickel-Zinc (but the surfaces could show maybe the result of some strange treatment or corrosion, I don't know) and the weigh is 10,77g (instead of 10 g). The diameter is correct, 31 mm.
Just a coin with a "difficult past"?

I am showing an official weight for that coin at 11.25 grams.

There is nothing wrong / unusual with it other than it has been damaged / stored improperly.
