That is hard to say - limited market for people that collect those types of mint errors. It may just bring melt to a collector as the coin is damaged or it may have a bidding war between error collectors.

I wonder if the die didn't tear it off the defective planchet. Seems to be a minor impression forming the two missing rays inside hole. Could this be from the underside of the missing portion? If so, like to see the following coins!
