I can only throw in a guess that it's either 193x or 194x. That's about it.

It looks like a partially filled die error and there may be no way of knowing.

Try matching mint mark placements and number distance w/ a 1946S. Those were notorious for weak 6's. Otherwise its a cull. It does appear to be a 40's issue w/ what's left of 3rd letter top.

I'm seeing what looks to be a 1941 or 47 S.

I agree. The 1946 coins were often weaker on the last two digits.
