Ok. I found it. "Post mint damage. Damage sustained after the coin was struck".

I agree with Pertinax...maybe in old times somebody trying to melt it or make some kind of "experiment" with this one real Colombian coin ....You can find a lot of Colombian coins with PMD ( I have a small collection of Colombian coins with PMD that is worthless , but on the other hand ....curious and lovely...) Best
