Thoughts-On-This-1970-Captain-Cook-50-Cent-Coin?

I came across this coin in my change last night that has two shorter sides and one longer.

Has anyone seen something similar before or is it just PMD?

I dunno, it could be a straight clip. They're a bit tricky on our 50c coins as there's usually no Blakesley effect.

Wait for a while to see who else chimes in.
