I think I see what you are seeing with the hair. I would try looking on coppercoins.com or lincolncentresource.com.

At first glance ,It does look a little weird . Like he got a hair cut just on top of his head .
AHH ,yeah just trim a little off the Beard I'm going to a theater play tonight; but the barber was so dumb he chopped off the hair on his head .
Wwaait a minute ; was the Barber in on a conspiracy with John W. Booth figuring he ( the barber ) could make for a nice clear shot for Booth into Lincoln's head .
