Hi,
I had a look at my 1865 penny and I think it might be stamped over the 1963.
I took a picture through the magnifying glass as there was no other option to show it.
Can I have a second opinion,please?

On the 65 over 3 penny, the serif of the 3 can be clearly seen poking out in front of the top vertical stroke of the 5 - I cannot see this here.

UK readers will know Peter has fallen victim to predictive text there
But his point is valid, even if this is a 5 over 3, poor condition means the value will be so low as for it not to matter.
