I found this 1966 Lincoln Cent and the IN God We Trust seems to be off centered and right on the edge at the 12 o'clock position on the penny.

If it were off center, the rim at the bottom would be a little wider, which does not appear to be the case (can't really tell because the image is cropped there). Looks like PMD to me.

Common on the 1960's era cents. It was a design flaw the mint fixed later.

The dies were over worked to the point where the legends touched the rims, nothing special here. sorry.
