With 99cent start and 2 dollar shipping the seller, to his/her credit, knows what they have without unrealistic expectations.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

it looks like someone's initials are carved into the coin. That is a nice set of reverse beads showing through as a clash on the Obverse. Kinda like the reverse of the 1881's that show the Obverse beads.
