Yes, it is from the Ottoman Empire, the predecessor of Turkey.
The dates look like AH1293 at the bottom of the first image, and year 2 (or 3) of the reign in the middle of the second image. Abdul Hamid ruled from AH1293 to AH1327 (1876-1909AD).
I see no reason to believe it is fake, but it's hard to be sure with those images.
Someone might be able to determine the denomination from the images but I can't. What is the diameter of the coin?
