The coin appears genuine. Size and weight would help to confirm that.

I found this identical coin which made me suspicious. It's completely identical. Minus the patina

I am seeing a lot of these large bronze coins on ebay. It is really hard to tell the difference from a genuine coin but I notice they all seam to have lots of small spots on them maybe how they are being made . One seller from Germany seems to be selling a lot of these fakes.
