(It's possible that in fact there is a top tuft on this one...if that's the case it would be a VH 12.3.1-2B1, meaning with a top hair tuft, horizontal side tufts, and two crossbars.

#3, van't Haaff 12.3.1-2A1
Obv: Bust has top hair tuft (that tiny extension at the top of the head...just barely visible), upward side tufts (the side tufts angle upwards), anchor has two crossbars (just barely visible)

The pattern of dashes of the reverses is not taken into account by van't Haaff for attributions.
