If you go to ANACS.com, you will see that they have a special on grading: $8 per coin on the 15 day service, with a minimum submission of 15 coins. Now I know why ANACS took so long with my small order!

So wait, do you have to have previously submitted 15 coins, or submit a minimum of 15 coins to get this deal?
