Got this in change and it looks slightly off center to me the rim looks thinner around the nine to ten o'clock area on obverse and reverse . Opinions please .

Slightly off, but I'd set it aside. I haven't found any true off centered strikes, just misaligned dies. Sometimes misaligned on both sides, but not in the same direction.

Druu it's already in a 2x2 it's my first true off center strike so even small I'm hanging on to it .

This coin was not struck off-center, it was struck normally in the collar. It is a very minor misaligned die strike, MADs are exceedingly common unless some portion of the design detail is absent.
