On the 9th I got an email from APMEX for a good price on a random selected 1 oz gold eagle. I went ahead and took them up on it, as it was for about $30 less than any other deals I could see. I wonder if they had too many on hand?

I suppose now that gold will rapidly descend in price. That's ok, I don't buy pm to flip.

I see that since it's high in July, gold has dropped about 12%.

Well that assumption was not on the mark. Gold closed at about $1200 that day and it sits at about $1287 as I write this.

I like APMEX flash sales. Really good deals on some of them especially on Gold.

I got the ads from AMEX also and they seem fairly good buys.

What would be a fair sell price for common silver rolls as to a dealer. One roll 90% Washington quarters, a roll of Kennedy 1964, 90% and one roll 1965-70 40% Kennedy halves. I have a friend who wants to sell and I want to buy, but at the price to make a small profit on the deal as a dealer would do. I want to save some of better condition coins for errors to save and sell the balance.
Thanks for any info
Gary

Gary, I use goldmasters as a measuring stick, so to speak, in a decision to buy common US silver coins. Here is a link to their buy prices as of today (5/12/17). Good luck!
