What does it grade and what is it worth? Not the best example by any means.

Looks damaged due to severe corrosion. I'd think not more than 10$ on ebay.

Under all that corrosion, I'd say as high as a F-VF.
With corrosion, no better than a VG.

I got these 3 on ebay - now these seem to be VERY GOOD! (I'm not yelling, proving a point!)

Everybody is entitled to their opinion. Our mission is to educate and teach. Yes with that degree of environmental damage I would call it a cull. If you want to attempt to look underneath the corrosion and try to determine the state of wear, have at it.
