I believe you can either resize it through a built in feature of the photo uploader, or through http://www.webresizer.com. I am unaware of a 1981 doubled die on either of the circulation strike Kennedy halves. Variety Vista also has none listed. I'm hoping you meant 1971? Report this Post to the Staff
