In all likelihood, the coin is a forgery. pamia003 operating on her more notorious ID pjd 1966 was know to have purchased a large number of counterfeit US coins from China and has been reselling them on ebay. It simply isn't credible to believe that a con artist such as estatedoctor and pamiam003 could obtain such a large number of unusual and rare coins.
