That is his book value, You will have to find somebody that will pay that,say a local collector unless they cross collecting subject boundaries. Like advertising, worlds fair etc. It isn't a CWT, or counter stamped. Generic good for tokens generally go for below the book listing prices, even from that time period. You may get far less that that, even on ebay!
