I noticed the Proof grade of 70 on this quarter is pretty valuable. Where do you think this one grades?

Thank you

Checking ebay sold listings I am seeing many raw ones sold in
the $1 - $2 range with a slabbed PCGS PR69 DCAM sold for $12.

Yours would not grade a PR70. Those a very rare find.

If that dark streak in the right obverse field is accurate, then this coin is not worth much over face value.
