It is classic MD, not doubled...you can see the devices are not increased in size and this has th classic shelving effect.

I think there is some serious die wear going on there, It would be nice to see a photo of the whole coin

Note on 'OF' you can see the top of the 'O' was reduced from the die movement. Also note the color of the MD. Note it is all the same color because the contour is removed when it was flattened by the MD.
