Crazyb0 Rest in Peace 10197 Posts	Posted 03/18/2017 11:07 pm The hair definite grease filled, early 90's notorious for these, even see it on the weakened TRUST (polished dies) The weak obverse is also a Grease Filled Die, causes weak appearances The 1978 is indeed a MAD, misaligned die, see how at 5 o'clock (in front of coat) 180 degrees out how rim is thinner, strike wasn't strong enough to press the edge towards the collar and fill in the preformed planchet edge.
