Could be a double clip planchet. Having trouble seeing if there is a Blaksley effect opposite the clips. John1

Blakesley effect The weakness opposite the clip on a clipped planchet error coin. This occures during the upsetting process, because of the clip there is a lack in pressure to upset the rim directly opposite the clip.

Note the UST of TRUST appears weaker imprint, but need direct on, not sides to determine. Also looks like a curved and straight clip, cool! Keeper!

I believe I see it, but the rim just slightly widens on the rim opposite the incomplete planchet areas.

First I thought it was a rim Cud but now I see the reverse is affected in same exact spot
