Is this damage done at the mint or some type of machine damage after circulation. I took two photos in different lighting and you can see its at the 4 o'clock and 8 o'clock position of just the obverse side.

PSD. Looks like it was scrapped on a side walk. (Look for someone in your area with burnt fingers. LOL)
